Outdoor Service Technician $16 – $25/hr.

Responsible for performing all commercial and residential lawn care-related tasks, including operating a riding lawn mower, trimmers, and other equipment. We also do skid loader grading and light excavation as jobs are contracted. In the winter, we do commercial snow removal with wheel loaders, skid loaders, and plow trucks. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to turn into year-round, full-time work. No experience is required, and we are willing to train commercial mowing experience is preferred. Pay is based on experience. Candidates for this position must be available starting at 7 AM and willing to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, depending on weather conditions and workload. Overtime is paid each week on anything over 40 hours. Each day begins meeting at our shop, and you do not drive personal vehicles throughout the day.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must possess or be able to obtain a US DOT Medical Card
• Be in good physical condition, able to lift, push, or carry 50-60 lbs. without restriction
• Work outdoors for 8-12 hours a day
• Able to work alone or with a crew efficiently
• It is preferred you can operate a skid loader and lawn care equipment, and can drive a truck attached to a trailer, but are willing to train
• Mechanical experience is preferred, but must at least be able to perform weekly equipment maintenance tasks
• Work well under pressure while paying attention to all details and goals
• Provide safe, detail-oriented execution of assigned work
